It is important to note that we are not an agency, which can benefit you as a client as you are not required to pay any agency fees and are not obligated to a contract with us. We ensure you that if you book weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleans with us, the same cleaner or team of cleaners will clean your property. Through this, the cleaner/s will be used to your house and all of your cleaning requirements so you can receive the best service possible, and that is our guarantee to you.
After sending over an enquiry to us, we will contact you as soon as possible in order to arrange a free, no obligation consultation. This allows you to get to know us which helps you to decide if you want to continue booking a service with us. It also helps us to see what your cleaning needs are so the service can be done with the utmost precision to how you like your house being cleaned.
We are extremely careful with the way that we choose our staff. Each cleaner is first interviewed via the phone. If we are satisfied with this interview, we then move onto interviewing the cleaner face to face, usually in their home. This allows us to find out what they are like as an individual and if they would make a great addition to our team. The last stage of this process will be checking their references as well as their identity documentation. At last, we will train the cleaner to adhere to our cleaning standards. Overall, all of our staff have a genuine love for cleaning and are trustworthy, as well as displaying the highest levels of cleaning skills. No mess is too extreme for us!
